I know I just did a post about Teamwork recently but I came across another amazing movie from an email I received from Simple Truth’s and it was about Teamwork again. Those of us that are in tribes, syndication groups or even Network Marketing should understand the power of Teamwork.
This time it is talking about teamwork and showing how it works in a pack of wolves. Rudyard Kipling wrote:” For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.” What do you think he meant by that statement?
A successful team has members with different roles. All the roles play a crucial part in the teams success. In business it is all about setting goals and working together to achieve Long Term Success.
Getting along socially is important too. If you like your teammates, then it makes working together fun too.
Communication with your team is of vital importance too. When the leader maintains an open line of communication and is willing to make changes to their strategy to achieve success for the team, then you are on a strong and amazing team.
Loyalty to your team is important too. From the head of the team to the newbies, every member is important and should be made to feel a part of the team.Even the newbies can have a huge impact to the teams future if led and shown the way from the first day they joined.
Pay close attention to the Video and especially to the Wolf Credo at the end.

A team needs its individual members working together to be successful, however as a team they achieve synergy to do more that one is capable of.

I love Rudyard Kipling. The old jungle book is one of my favorites. Not the new cheesy Disney one. We are on the same TSA team this week sounds like fun. Teamwork and communication go hand in hand. Thanks for sharing this will us.
