The connections we have with others is one of the most important things to our growth. I have never understood monasteries or people who go away from the world to be hermits. I can’t even imagine what that would be like!

Firstly, thank you for this video. You are really connecting with people. What a great video you have put up to get in touch with your audience and friends.
Secondly, you make me feel like you are talking to me in person. You are able to not only look into the camera but your movement is so natural which allow you to gracefully move your eye away from the video and then smoothly come back in ! Honestly, you have all great answers to all the good questions in there. And you have successfully made me understand you so so much more in this video. Excellent, Beverly !
Lastly, you are so pretty & feminine and your voice is sweet. I believe this is important to make people want to hear you talk on video ! This is a sincere compliment, Beverly ! As to the question of whether I prefer to open up text email or video email, it depends very much on whether I like to listen to that person or not
Will the video inspire me, give me ideas and etc.

Hi Beverly. I think I’m an abnormality online. I hate videos. The written word I can scan, stop, go back, unline, highlight which are all bonuses but the big one for me is I can scan to see if there is any value there.
People are getting a lot better with videos since I started but some people would drone on and on, repeating themselves and it would tick me off that I wasted 10 minutes of my time on something with no or little value. I like the short 2 minutes videos people are producing now.
I search out the written word for someone then I check their videos for that personal appeal you spoke about, then it’s on to the phone.
That’s fun !
You are a natural on video. It was a pleasure to watch.

I am convinced that being online has changed my perspective on life. I have connected with like minded, high spirited, high minded people. Now I have more difficulty hanging out with people who think small. The internet is amazing. We have really close connections to friends around the world.

being online has helped me to connect more with people.
I have been a bit of a recluse until a year ago, when giving up my anonymity was a big step. I am glad to have made the step.
I am learning so much and connecting more with people.
Good point about the video, which is my next challenge.

Thanks for your very interesting video post Beverly. I followed you down the list to the point of the points about video. I really believe the value and strength of video marketing lies in what business you are in – from the shear volume of internet marketers these days I does feel at times as though everyone online is in the same business – but reality is, that isn’t the case. But again, well done and I can certainly tell you are experienced creating your videos.

I am honoured to be mentioned among your on line friends. It has been some time since we both ventured into the world of video, and you are showing the world the right way to use it.
I haven’t yet figured out how to post a video response. I can tell you that one video email I sent to my list got the highest response ever with over 600 views. The trick always is a great headline to attract attention, always providing valuable content, and sticking to the subject your list is interested in.
It is what we do with the connections we make that decides our level of success.
When I watch your videos it keeps reminding me of Felicity Huffman. You are a natural. I would point out one thing. I know you and you are making money on line, not attempting!!

I’ve met some great people online. It’s incredible that you can connect globally now. People you would otherwise have never met. It’s a wonderful addition to my life. I like reading text emails myself. I don’t always have time to watch videos whereas I can scan emails for pertinent information.

I like video emails better because I like hearing people talk(as long as they are not too long winded) abd I am a people watcher.Yes you can scan a written email but I like the way video emails gives me more insight into that person.Thanks for your comment.

Great questions. I am online everyday. I connect with people new and old everyday with my site, facebook etc. I would probably open a text link first, strictly because I absorb the information a little better. The internet has kept me connected with so many people that I am sure I would have otherwise lost track of. It’s sometimes quicker and easier to quickly write an email rather than pick up the phone and carry on a conversation. Thanks for sharing
