Today at church, my pastor was talking about the Power of One person and how that one person can have an amazing effect on the growth of the church. As I was listening, I thought how that is so true in everything, especially a business you are building.
Have you ever thrown a rock into a perfectly still body of water and watched the ripples? The effect of that one rock can cause a huge “Ripple Effect”.
I Googled it and there were 3,013,000 results!
Please watch my thoughts on this subject.
Please consider “The Ripple Effect” of your words and actions.
I am looking forward to your thoughts and comments below.

I LOVE the power of the ripple effect! I actually use those words in my personal mission statement, because it creates such a beautiful visual and is so beautiful in practice. And yes, it is all about paying it forward (great movie indeed). How a simple act of kindness or an intention to improve even one person’s life can end up touching many…perhaps thousands, millions….it is truly extraordinary. It doesn’t even take much, but the difference can be so significant!
Thanks for sharing this powerful principle with us, Beverly!

Thanks Beverly for sharing, yes the ripple effect is such a powerful life principle. Our effect on situations and people whether it through our business endeavors or how we live life.( which I believe needs to be congregant) Whether its intentional , with paying it forward or just really living on purpose.. Our lives will really create an enormous ripple effect, with our energy, heart, influence, passion we leave behind as we share ourselves with those in our circle of influence and afar..

Beverly, this is an excellent video tutorial. You have a pleasant way of presenting needed information, that when applied to away of living, it will enrich our life.
I agree, to do something from our supportive hearts, for people who we love and meet. Developing real relationships, and supporting those to accomplish their goals. Now, that goes along way with that principle of “Ripple Effect”. When you give willingly, and not expect anything in return. The results will be overwhelming, with powerful emotions, that resonates through others. You will receive ten fold from just giving, with value.
I love to empower others, and see that hunger manifest for personal growth. They start to pay it forward with duplication. This is a magical movement with amazing results.
Beverly, I feel your a great motivator and mentor in our industry. You have a lasting effect on your readers and I. Your determination to have a positive presents in everyone’s life is displayed by the quality in your presentations. I appreciate your energy and persistence, with sharing usable information for all.
I look forward in being enriched, once again with your next post! Just keep on giving…

Powerful message Beverly !!
As Beth mentioned above, the words do convey a great visual image.
Your kindness to pass that money forward will definitely come back two fold. It says a lot about the type of person you are, so you should be proud.
Cheers, until the next post

Hi Beverly,
This is really very powerful effect of words. Also it does influence the surroundings, and causes them to come in motion. Thanks for sharing the knowledge. Very well written.

Hi Beverly,
I love the Ripple effect because everything we do or say in life has a ripple effect whether we know it or not. This is the effect on our vibrational energy waves that ripple across the Universe. Therefore acting on purpose makes much more sense than randomly sending out our ripple frequencies as I think of them. I love thinking about the Power of One – there is a book called “Jantzen’s Gift” and it is the most profound illustration of the Power of One I have ever encountered and certainly inspired me to take actions I wouldn’t have taken if I hadn’t read this.
Your video presentation is great!
Blessings

I think in order to be successful it’s important to build trust and make a huge impact out there in the inner circles you are in, then the ripped effect will flow from there, great insight, thanks for sharing.

This is a great topic Beverly.
The ripple effect is a big thing, the small changes in the universe set the big changes in motion, that is how I view this. I also view this butterfly effect as planting seeds, you simply provide value and meet as many people as possible… the more people that can be affected by that ripple.
I bet that man did continue the ripple, and did hand out 5 papers for free. I wonder what kind of effect that had on the world
.
Great post,
BW

Wow we must have the same pastor. Just this Sunday my pastor was talking about the ripple effect but it was more along the lines of the effect of our influence in others peoples lives that on some level in a lot of ways we are leaders and how we use that influence positively it was a great message and so was yours.

I’ve heard of the ripple effect before but never thought of applying it into growing the business. It makes sense though. There is so much competition out there. Doing something different, unexpected and selfless is one way to stand out. I like what you did with the newspaper guy. I will take your advice and think of ways to make a ripple effect. Thanks.

Hey Beverly,It is interesting when you look at everything that the ripple effect is a part of in this world (Like everything). In Quantum Physics they teach that the mere looking at something will completely change the outcome. Words, thoughts, actions of any kind do create ripples in our universe. When you pause and think about that for a minute, you may just have a glimpse of creation.

Inspirational message Beverly. The principle applies to so many things in life, including building a business. Each step you take is important. When I was in direct sales I worked with hundreds of new entrepreneurs and one of the first things I had the new members do was to set up a “success” journal and write down every accomplishment, no matter how small, each day. We’d review the journals each week and before long they could easily see very real proof of their progress!

Hey Beverly
Yes I did enjoy the video.
It can be very satisfying to cause the ripple effect. For example: watching one of your team take your training and train others.

Hi Beverly,
I think we all want to have a ripple effect of some kind.
Certainly I’ve always striven to have a positive impact on those I meet, just by being the way I am… being the change I want to see in the world (ah got to love gandhi hey!).
My blog is actually all about creating a ripple effect… to make people think a little… but most definitely not to preach of judge.

Hi Beverly,
Most people don’t realize that they ARE causing a ripple effect all the time… and that it works both positively and negatively. Just being aware of it can make a huge difference. Who wants to be a negative influence on others???
I have never seen the movie, Pay It Forward, but it’s definitely on my list of things I want to do.

Hi Beverly,
More great content from you.
It is amazing how this works. Last year, when I was in Bryce Canyon I received a call from someone I helped 10 years ago. I had a call a couple of months ago from a gal who found my book at her mum’s place and had to tell me it had changed her life.
I believe in giving freely, but always give people a way to find you as well. Then put stuff out there and let it go. You never know how many lives can be changed with a single article or video.
That is what is so wonderful in the times we live. We can reach billions of people with a single email! Yes, it works for business too!!
Great reminder for someone who sometimes sits at home wondering if there is anybody out there!

Hello Beverly
Your example of starting a Ripple Effect is so simple, but we never seem to do as you did start the ripple effect. While watching your video I thought what an effect I could make in other people lives by following your example.
Thanks

Beverly,
Thanks for sharing your time in creating this post and the video.
I love the “pay it forward” principle. I think about this every time I create a new blog posting, article and or video. I think about the thousands of people that will read it, watch it and learn from the message.
No doubt, modern technology has given us the ability to reach out and share may different ripples for others to learn from now, and in the future.
Thanks for the great posting!

Beverly,
I love your reminder to think about the ripple effect. Just recently I had a friend disappoint me in a big way. I had given her a gift of a product I am using, Juice Plus. She said she was interested in getting it, but instead of buying it through me she listened to her friend and purchased it on ebay – thinking it was for a cheaper price. The funny part is that it was not less expensive, just a smaller quantity of the product. And the ripple effect is that she lost my trust and my friendship. I no longer consider her a friend, just an acquaintance.

I really like the idea of the ripple effect… like the butterfly effect. All of our actions have effects, our words have effects and even our thoughts. It is a good thing to watch them carefully.
Thanks,
Kathy
