		<description>You&#039;re so right Bev about the Muffin Tops.  There is nothing worse than putting on a great pair of jeans and having those dang muffin tops there.  I use the product you recommend here and I love it.  Especially when you&#039;re working out, it&#039;s a great add on to a good nutrition plan.

Great information about stress and what it does to your body.  I think we all know that, but sometimes it takes a reminder to get us all focusing on it to try to bust it out!</description>
