Does Exercise Make You Feel Energized?

Exercise/Fitness

After working out, do you ever have the feeling that you can do anything? Do you feel energized? Well, you’re not alone. That feeling (which is actually triggered by any form of exercise,) comes about because exercise floods your body with endorphins. These helpful biochemicals lift your mood and stimulate the release of another important hormone that affects your metabolism: human growth hormone (sometimes called HGH). This hormone is something we all want, and lots of it. It builds muscle, burns fat, helps you resist heart disease, protects your bones, and increases your overall health. I’m NOT talking about the HGH that you’ve probably heard about in the news, in reference to doped-up athletes. That’s the injected kind and it’s definitely something you do NOT want. I’m talking about the natural kind that your body produces with exercise.

The key to turning your body into a growth hormone factory is to exercise at a high intensity level. During intense exercise, like cardio intervals, this hormone spurs the body to use fat as fuel instead of glucose. So you burn more fat as you exercise, and you’re keeping your blood glucose levels stable, which gives you more energy to keep going. On the other hand, lack of exercise makes your muscles insulin-resistant and suppresses growth hormone. So make sure you are getting that high-quality, intense exercise to work up those growth hormone levels. It’s the healthiest way to reverse aging and make you stronger.

I will always exercise and take care of myself so….I will look and feel younger, as well as age GRACEFULLY and NATURALLY. If you want to do the same, visit my other site and join our Fat Loss WebTV Show.

There is no better way of abdominal fat loss than to eat balanced foods and a nutritious diet. Indulge yourself into activities that will allow you to sweat. Do cardio exercises or try running, jogging or walking. There are just so many things that you can do to encourage fat loss. Weight training has the ability to increase lean muscle mass as well as your metabolic rate. This means that you can burn fat even when you are resting. So now, try to look for activities that may encourage flatter abdomen!

here in Philippines, obesity is also becoming a problem. More and more children are getting obese due to a lifestyle that is not fully of physical activities. most kids just wants to watch TV, play computer games and surf the net.

This issue is huge all over the world. It is such a shame that our children may not live as long due to weight issues. Reaching one person at a time is what I am attempting to do through education.
