The weight number does not mean much and I am sure it slows folks down when  they are trying lose weight.

I would suggest putting it away---I&#039;m too cheap to throw it away.  I use mine before I travel and I need to weight my bags, I there measurements don&#039;t change. LOL!

Your video message is powerful and very true.  I&#039;ve never worried about weight, but keeping those muscles strong and in shape is of vital importance.

Thanks for the recommendation for the Bodylastic bands.  That&#039;s a great way to exercise even when you&#039;re traveling.  Your exercise schedule is a goal I&#039;ll need to work towards.  An hour a day would be quite an achievement:)
