What is it that people are looking for in their Sponsor into the company that has peeked their interest?
Are they looking for the most successful person with the company? Some do…
Are they looking for someone that is the same gender as they are?
How can you become the person that attracts people to you?

To answer that question completely, I would need to have a coaching session because there are so many answers!

People don’t join your opportunity for the product or service (they may join the RETAIL side for that reason, but that’s not the main reason they join with you). People join other people.

Ever heard of relationship marketing? They join YOU. Your value will determine if they want to be a part of what you have to offer. YOU must be worth joining. If what they are looking for is what you are presenting then you will have a new business partner.

You must be a leader that helps your partners succeed. Hopefully you chose wisely and you are part of a team that has selfless leaders that are “Go-Givers”. If you make a smart choice when you join a MLM and you duplicate the success of the Leaders that attracted you, then you too will become the Sponsor people are looking for…

If prospects doubt that you have value, then they will move on.
Study and learn all you can about your company as well as duplicate your up-line leaders. Invest in yourself so you will become the Sponsor People are looking for.

The more you share with others the more attractive you become.

If you want to use video then make sure you start off with a simple camera that has easy editing. Once you master the simple things then you can move on. Baby Bev is a little whiny again but getting pretty brave too.

After you get your camera, start shooting video. The more you do it the better you will become. Get a YouTube channel(videos 10 minutes or less)and a Viddler account for any videos longer than 10 minutes.

Make sure when you start “shooting”,(term for taping) that the lighting is correct. Lighting should always be in front of you. Never behind you. Watch this clip. Natural lighting is best.

Use video on every post you do. Use video when you send e-mails. I have found the most amazing tool for video e-mails. It has several other amazing tools you get when you sign up. Check it out here and see all the amazing tools.

Video is THE BEST tool for branding yourself.

Here are a few tips I suggest you do.

1. Be consistent with the visual. By that I mean use the same picture on all your sites. If you look at my Blog, my Facebook, my YouTube and my Twitter accounts, you will see the same picture.
2. Whatever your niche is, be consistently getting posts out there on that subject. Show people you are an authority on the subject.
3. Be a giver. Give away knowledge, free tips, free e-books, etc. People are attracted to unselfish people.
4. Do lots of videos! Videos about your passion, videos about your talents, video e-mails, video interviews, video conferencing, video trainings, videos that welcome new Facebook friends, video Thank you’s when necessary, videos to market your business, videos period!

Do you think I believe video is the most important item you can use to market yourself as well as your business? YES, I do! In the time it took me to write this I could have said it all in a video with the passion I feel about it. (As you can see I did that too)

Some people use only the written word to communicate. It doesn’t convey emotion like video. LOL and smiley faces can’t convey like a real person on video. Can you hear and feel the passion and sincerity as well there, as you can in video? I don’t think so.

There are so many video products you can purchase to help. Some of those you need to be good at technical stuff to use them. Some only cover one portion of the total need. Buying each one separate can be very expensive! You can attempt to learn all the technical jargon, but that takes time and more money.

What would it be worth to you to have a company that offered all that in one place? What if they had a large variety of templates to use or if you have the skills make your own, simple directions to use all the resources, a video storage spot, video conferencing, easy video sharing with a the push of a button, video e-mails, video auto-responders, and more coming in the future? What if this could be had for a low initial fee and a low monthly fee?

What if it also was set up so you could make a residual income from it just by sharing it with others. If this existed, would you want to know more? I bet you said, YES! Well it does exist and it is called Talk Fusion.
