Great information Beverly. Early on in my network marketing business I didn’t understand the importance of having a leader who will mentor,encourage and promote a system that can be duplicated. When I found you and Terry Petrovick I knew I found a team of leaders whose system I could duplicate and grow my business.

Hi Beverly, when I first started network marketing it wasn’t very much fun. As I grew to find that network marketing is becoming a business of leaders who invest in their skills to teach their team…I knew it was for me. That’s why so many people are trying to start a home business. There are so many more leaders that share what they have learned and it is the extra advantage that gives people a reason to join you. It’s great that there are more leaders that have the skills to teach these newcomers than a few years ago. Have a fantastic 2010 / 2011 and thanks for your video.

Leadership duplication is important in many areas of life. In my profession (pastor) I need to be constantly delegating and empowering others to use their gifts and abilities.

After 13 years in this business, it is very obvious to me that duplication is the key to success. For most of us, it takes some time to build that 6 or 7 figure income and without a good leader you could easily quit long before payoff day!
A large amount of my effort is spent helping my teams develop the skills and mindset to attain the freedom Network Marketing has provided for so many people. The more we give as leaders, the more we reap as entrepreneurs! It is kind of the opposite of the corporate world who seem to spend their time finding ways to get more and give less!

I work ever day to become a better leader and everything that I learn, I pass on to my team.
I still work a full-time job but I am working my business to get to that point where I can leave my job.
That is what it is all about!

Great post Beverly,
I know until I found a mentor I was just out there floundering around, trying this and that. He really put me on track and now I am able to add value to my team.
What had been most challenging in network marketing prior to having the tools and knowledge to be a leader, (for me anyway) was sponsoring the right people.
I was sponsoring people who really weren’t serious about their business, and even though I had limited knowledge, they weren’t willing to learn, so I wasn’t able to create duplication.
After learning from such great leaders as yourself, I now have a skill set and can add real value. The people coming to me via my blog etc are eager and willing to learn and duplicate. Those are who we all seek to sponsor into our business.
